Our Administrative Assistant (AA) position is available to professionals looking for an entry-level administrative role in healthcare. The AA will assist our Administrative department and Clinical teams. The position requires strong organization, time management, and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Email) and skill in utilizing scanner, copier and printer are a must.
Pay: $20 - $22 / hour
Availability: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:15pm (Full-Time)

Responsibilities
- Front desk coverage (emails, phones, texts, patient check in/out, mail)
- Opening and/or closing routines for clinics
- Attend to the clinic environment for cleanliness, safety, etc.
- Monthly calendar development and distribution
- Track client and staff attendance
- Track unrendered sessions and take steps to complete billing
- Run and maintain necessary reports
- Assist with special/ongoing projects
